This maintenance is intended to guarantee the use and reliability of the operation of the installation before any incident can occurs.

This way, all the actions necessary for the correct operation of the installation can be scheduled with sufficient time.

● Predictive
It is the one who carries out the interventions by predicting the moment when it is expected to be out of service by monitoring its operation, determining its evolution, etc.

● Opportunity
It is the one that takes advantage of non-active periods to carry out maintenance interventions, carrying out the necessary inspections or repairs to guarantee proper functioning.
● Total production (TPM)
It is one that includes all the functions that are carried out in the company with the aim that workers, after receiving the appropriate training, also take care of cleaning and basic maintenance tasks of their equipment (autonomous maintenance), as well as the detection of potential problems.
